We love cooking for weddings, gatherings, celebrations, ceremonial affairs: you name it, we’ve cooked it! We have prepared special meals for as few as five and as many as five hundred. The cornerstone of our cooking is our ethics, which are very simple: find farmers and ranchers who really care about the integrity of how they grow food. We partner with people who are focused on soil health, good stewardship of land, and human health. This generally translates to us finding food grown with organic farming practices as close as possible to where we are cooking a given event.

 

We are not a green-washed catering company. We don’t use low quality ingredients to save money. We use the highest quality foods we can find to support the people who are doing the good work to bring food to our tables. We work closely with clients to tell a story through food, whether it's helping to recreate their Italian grandmother’s ancient pasta recipe to serve to their loved ones at a wedding, or to cook a whole sheep for a backyard birthday party. We are passionate about helping you bring a food-centric experience to life. We place high value on making beauty, and put a lot of intention into making our food delicious and on the aesthetics of how food is presented.

 

We love to create a romantic and beautiful ambience, a whimsical space to really bring people into presence with their food, and nurture appreciation of where it comes from.
